9.0Freundlichkeit des Personals. Sehr ruhig (4. St, nach hinten) trotz Lage an großer Kreuzung. Kleiner Balkon in ruhigen Innenhof.
− Super steile, enge Treppen, kein Aufzug. Sehr kleines Zimmer und Bad.
