Stay at the Family suite with balcony
5.0The room I stayed in was the family suite with balcony, it has ample space for 3 people to sleep comfortably. It doesn't have the 2 extra-large double beds and 1 sofa bed as described by the property administration while booking. The actual bed setup that's available is 1 double bed and 1 single bed. This unit has a sofa, not a sofa bed. Moreover it's very close to the park.
− I stayed at the family suite with balcony. It wasn't clean, the bed spreads were dirty and towels provided were dirty too. I had issues with hot water not coming in the bathroom. I stayed here for 3 nights and even after the person in charge tried to get this resolved on day 1, I had this issue. There seems to be so much plumbing in the bathroom. The room wasn't cleaned, it had lots of ants and spiders in the place. The washbasin seems very dirty and the balcony was filled with dust.
