8.0La camera era pulita, il materasso comodo le signore che ci hanno accolto simpatiche. Fermata bus vicina oppure metro a 10/15 minuti a piedi, zona tranquilla

Undisclosed basement room with mould, noise from the salon above, and a cat.
3.0The towels were clean and fresh. That was the only positive.
− The room is in a basement, which isn’t mentioned anywhere in the listing, and the “terrace/balcony” is just a door onto a wall. It smells of damp and there is visible mould in the bathroom (photos attached), which is a real problem for someone with asthma and allergies. There is a hair salon with a cat directly above, also undisclosed, with constant footsteps and very poor sound insulation.
