We basically paid for the location. The apartment was decent enough, but it could use some maintenance.

− It needed some maintenance. The bathroom sink was clogged, one of the lamp in the bedroom has a broken plug, the pull out couch was missing a screw.

6.0Zwei Minuten Fußweg zur See. Ruhige Lage in der Woche.
− Das key-system funktioniert nicht immer. Es brauchte manchmal 10 Minuten bis sich die Eingangstür mit der App öffnen lies. Die Spülmaschine hat mal eine Generalreinigung dringend nötig. Das WC ist nichts für große Menschen.

− L'unico problema riscontrato è stato per quanto riguarda l'accesso al l'appartamento tramite chiave online. Ma è stato risolto con la chiave di emergenza e la proprietaria è stata molto disponibile nel trovare subito una soluzione.

− We had to dump our own trash 🤣. But it was fine. Also we had some small issue getting access but we followed instructions and called the help Number and they assisted promptly! The digital key is so Convenient
