10.0Every thing especially the staff and breakfast. It felt the people there love to serve the guests. There was a very friendly playful and tamed pet dog in the premises as well who knew it's limit. Kids loved him. The rooms are cave rooms so it's an experience in itself. The rooms were spacious as well.

9.0el lugar es muy bello, tienes una vista hermosa y nuestra habitación era enorme y muy comoda, el desayuno exquisito y preparaban todo en el instante, además el hotel servía comida asiática (se pagaba aparte) y era realmente deliciosa!! recomiendo comer ahí. El personal muy amable y dispuesto a ayudar
− la limpieza de la habitación, encontramos un par de arañas muertas pero cuando les comentamos eso fueron enseguida a limpiar.

− Но если ваша основная цель, это наблюдать за полётами шаров, тогда вам нужно ехать в соседнюю деревню Гёреме.

8.0sehr schöne stilvolle Unterkunft an guter Lage. Wirklich wunderschöne Zimmer und viele verschiedene Restaurants in der Nähe.
− Das Frühstück war durchschnittlich. Es gab zum Beispiel auch Pommes dazu. Der Rest war lecker, aber zu wenig. Jeder Tisch bekam die gleich grosse Portion, egal wie viele Personen man war. Das war schade, da wir als 4-er Gruppe dann oft nicht so viel bekommen haben.
