− Directions and communications for access were confusing. Check out time is so early and check in time is so late

4.0− There was absolutely zero check-in. It was worse than an airbnb from a check-in perspective. The stay was fine, but when we arrived there was zero staff to greet us, we were in line behind other guests who also didnt know how to check in, and we called and texted the number given for check-in, it went unanswered for 30 minutes. Charmless.

Please note that Carriage House 4, Carriage House 3 & Main House units 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12 can only be accessed via stairs.
