Une chambre neuve et parfaitement équipée, gérée par un personnel très réactif et soucieux du confort de ses clients.
10.0La chambre était très propre, entièrement neuve et l'équipement était vraiment complet. La climatisation a été un vrai plus, très appréciable ! Nous avons eu un petit souci de connexion Wi-Fi à cause d'un problème de routeur, mais le personnel a été extrêmement à l'écoute et réactif : on nous a très rapidement proposé de changer de chambre. Un grand merci pour leur professionnalisme.
− Des voisins ont fait la fête une bonne partie de la nuit. Ce n'est évidemment pas la faute de l'hôtel, mais c'est le seul bémol de notre nuit.

5.0− No hay comida, el lugar de registro es diferente al lugar de hospedaje y estaba lloviendo y trasladarme de un lado a otro con maletas fue bastante incómodo

4.0En booking decía habitación comida, era muy pequeña, sin ventanas, muy caliente sin aire acondicionado. Un empleado muy grosero, Parece un hotel de parejas que pagan por horas.

5.0Ubicación cerca del aeropuerto de Pereira, puedes ir andando.
− Limpieza deficiente. Techo de las habitaciones muy bajo y sin falso techo por lo que se veían los desagües del baño de la habitación de arriba con el que me di 3 golpes en la cabeza.
