− The host forced an insurance buy to cover the so called damages. As its a unattended check in there is no way to prove any damage claim unless you take pic of every nook and corner. Dissatisfied and disappointed
Clean, centrally located studio apartment – perfect for our university open day visit on a perfect, sunny Devon weekend.
8.0Well located for Exeter centre. Well equipped and clean. Double bed comfortable. Fan was effective in mitigating summer heat. Easy check-in/out procedure.
− Fridge wasn’t particularly cold on arrival. No bottom sheet for futon (bed for third person), and daughter complained that it wasn’t awfully comfortable. Towels a bit small! Instructions asked us to take our refuse and recycling bags out to the bins, but we couldn’t find any bins to put them in! (Ditto our neighbours on either side.) Microwave, bedside and wall clocks all showed completely different times. Could do with ‘butt bin’ outside barrier.

− Added charge for dog. Not enough dishes, chairs to entertain two additional people. Couldn't heat towel rail. Shower floor very slippery.
