Beautiful location, warm & homely house.
9.0The location of the property was perfect for us (walk into town, walk to the marina). The property was a perfect size for the 9 guests we had staying, bedrooms were presented very well. Views are amazing.
− The kitchen could have been more organised (ie - crockery all over the place in multiple drawers, some glasses were not clean & had to be washed before using). There were some bits & pieces left over from other guests (salt & pepper, tea & coffee) but should have been new for the value of the property we were paying.
Lovely, spacious, well-equipped house, perfect for an extended family group.
9.0Magnificent old house with huge back yard and uninterrupted views of the sea. Well-equipped with spacious rooms and great layout for our extended family group. Efficient ducted heating. Enjoyed watching the ships coming and going and the tram trundling past. Peeped over the fence to discover part of Portland’s history…
− En-suite shower was a bit small with no shelf for shampoo etc.

− There wasn’t any luxuries which for the price I thought there would be ( mini shampoo, conditioner, no soap in the en-suite, no hairdryer) no soap holder in the en-suite .
