7.0Food, Ambience, Service Staff. Amazing structure and beauty. Amazing pool!
− Property needs more maintenance and focus on cleanliness. Pond area water was pooling. Outdoor furnitures are old and dusty. Front desk staff not very cordial. Dont have good entertainment like village tours, boat rides or river views.. Road leading upto hotel in very bad condition for a long stretch.
It was a nice stay.

− Except the breakfast the a la carte food taste and quality needs to improve as their cost is quite high.

8.0First of all, the rooms and property were all very well maintained, and were restored using high quality materials. While the rooms did lack a television set and had dim lighting, neither of these bothered us during our stay. The rooms and bathrooms were tastefully designed, using marble and crown moulding to remind us of the hotel’s royal history, while not feeling dated.
− However, our main complaints were about the service. When entering and leaving the hotel, many staff were there to greet and help us. In contrast, in the restaurant, the staff were, while polite, very inefficient. An example of this is the lunch service, where we ordered a thali which supposedly had unlimited veg refills. However, we ended up having to ask twice before we received refills. Another example was in the breakfast buffet, where a staff member offered to bring the omelette I ordered from the egg station to my table. After 30 minutes, there was no sign of the staff member, and we ended up leaving the buffet.
I will keep this moderate experience but surely not value for money.
5.0Staff behaviour is excellent and they tried their best to give a homely feeling. I found this best in entire period.
− The price is extremely on a higher side. I have travelled many tourist destinations where much better location was available on much lower price. Room rent should not be more than 5k . Besides this food served in lunch doesn’t match price. Food price is extremity high and taste could have been better. In a word found this overhyped. All paid digital marketing created this hype. The road conditions are pathetic for this location. Though they have nothing to do on this.

7.0The food , ambience, and whole property is awesome.
− 1) No clear signage for the property. after reaching near the property , unfortunately it’s tough to locate the property . 2) whole night dogs near the property keep barking and we were unable to sleep. 3) in washroom hot water was not coming, 4) bath cabinet is not enclosed , water was getting spilled while taking bath. Having said that , property charges are like 4star resorts , but facilities are not as per the charges , but no doubt that property itself is very unique
