Unser Aufenthalt in Arona und der Umgebung war rundum gelungen.
7.0Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir freundlich vom Gastgeber begrüßt. Er nahm sich Zeit, uns alles in der Wohnung zu zeigen, was wir sehr zu schätzen wussten.
− Die Wohnung war grundsätzlich in Ordnung, allerdings gab es kleinere Sauberkeitsmängel, bei denen sich die Reinigungsfirma etwas mehr hätte bemühen können.

Breathtaking view, but an apartment with difficulties
6.0It was an amazing view! Easy to check in. The apartment had everything we needed.
− The booking site did not tell us, we needed to ask for aircon being turned on by request. So we had to wait two days without. And when it finally was turned on, only one of the four aircons where working. The place is a bit dirty, the sofa in the living room was moldy. The mosquito net at the doors was broken, and the balconies were sticky and paint was coming off. There were no supplies for cleaning, so we bought a lot ourselves. The refrigerator was leaking water from the condenser when it was to hot.
