La posizione della struttura è ottima anche da raggiungere con i mezzi, la casa è pulita e molto accogliente, nei dintorni c'è un supermercato e qualche bar che rendono il tutto piacevole.

− Purtroppo la mancanza dell'aria condizionata è un problema, c'è la presenza del ventilatore ma l'appartamento è molto caldo e non è facile dormirci con queste temperature estive.
