It was a quaint and quiet spot immersed in nature. The bungalow was incredibly homely and comfortable. The family were very kind and helpful and the home cooked meals were charming.

− It was too far to walk into the town but was easy to get a cheap tuk tuk. Nature was very present so just needed to be careful with leaving windows open and lights on.

Nishal is a talented builder Who spent 11 years to build the terrific bungalow He will host you in on the familial property... All is very high standard comfort and aesthetic quality: precious local Woods carpentry and fourniture etc... He also is à driver equipped with à specialized vehicule who can bring you on a safari tour in the Udawalawe wildlife reserve. ( be conscient That entrance to the reserve is to be paid separately ( about 10500 lrk per individual the time we were there) of the price of the drive with Nishal. His brother Kushura is an equaly talented concrete sculptor, Who will bring you wherever you need with his Tuk-Yuk, beginning with the restaurants 1km away, or far, farrer : he brang us to Ella in à 100km epic Tuk-Tuk ride. Both of them are very Kind and dedicated people, that was a real pleasure to meeting them... Be aware It's à bit tricky to find the place, wich is correctly located on booking.com's map. You will have to find the entrance of the dirt road with no particular sign facing a tire replacement facility accross the main road. When you see à budha turn right and go down maybe 200m... Thank you very much to the brothers... see you in other times!

It was a great experience for me and my wife. Staff was friendly and meals were delicious. Safary experience was exciting and hotel had organized it well for reasonable price. Walawa Dreams Safari Resort is highly recommend for a great spent. ❤️❤️❤️

This place was so welcoming and we had a brilliant time. We had a safari organised for us, which was incredible. The food cooked was really tasty and the hospitality was perfect. Would definitely stay here again. We also had spa treatments organised through this accomodation, which also was amazing. so relaxing.

This place was great. I was sick when I arrived. The host family did everything to make me feel better. Juice, medicine etc. Dinner is amazing just do it. The safari tour is great.!! Good price too and they work everything out for you... Highly recommend...
