7.0جيد ولكن الحمامات واحد ارضي ولا يوجد به دش ولم نستفد منه والآخر حمام ترويش فقط ، بمعنى انه حمام واحد فقط يمكنكم الاستفادة منه ، كما انه لا توجد خدمات أبدا حول الشقق

9.0الموقع ممتاز قريب من الميدان والمول ولكن بالسياره وتعامل الاخ سنجار جدا محترم ومتعاون
− عدم وجود عزل بالصوت هذا هو العيب الوحيد بالسكن سكنت بالدور الثالث وكان صوت الشقه الي فوق مزعج
كانوا في غاية الترحيب والاستقبال ، الفندق في غاية النظافة والترتيب ، الاطالة كانت جميلة و الموظفين رائعين
8.0استقبال رائع و ترحيب عالي ، تحربة ناحجه ، قضيت اقامة رائعة ، تمنياتي لهم بالتوفيق .
الخلاصة انصح فيه للسكن اقتصادي ونظيف
10.0موقعه قريب من المطار وميدان طرابزون . والغرف جميعها مكيفه وشطاف وموقف للسيارة وغسالة وكواية بخار وطاولة كوي ومشرة ملابس ومطبخ متكامل
− المصعد فقط يوقف للدور الثالث وبعدها تكمل للدور الرابع درج

10.0شقة نظيفة وموقعها قريب المطار والميدان أشكر الأخ سانجار موظف الاستقبال قمة في الاخلاق والرقي شقة متكاملة وتصلح للعوائل
