Little gem hideaway.
7.0Great little lodge, great open space for living in. Beds were comfy. Clean. Amazing views.
− Needs a new kettle, it leaks. More tea towels. A few hand towels. Ramp from decking down to ground. Blind on front door.
Fantastic place, great for paddle boarding.

− WiFi needs to be improved as do the on site facilities. Although very picturesque the site was untidy, children’s playground not fit for purpose. Restaurant on site supposed to be cafe, restaurant and bar only open 4-8, 5 days a week. Food ok but advertised as fresh veg either, frozen, steamed or tinned and well over prised for what it was.
Perfect for what we needed, a good spacious base in a fantastic location at a great price.
8.0Location was perfect, lodge was spacious and very clean. Host was really accommodating and helpful, especially with last minute clarification on number of people staying. Host was also honest about decor needing updated but that didn’t bother us. Loved the supplies for kids/families even though I didn’t have kids with me.
− The property is under renovation but host and photos are accurate so it wasn’t not liked as it is superficial decor. My bed was super comfy but the other beds less so.
