8.0Top Lage: Restaurants und Supermärkte sind in der Nähe – man findet hier alles. Kleine Wohnung, aber total fein. Moderne und komplette Ausstattung, auch wenn man selbst kochen möchte
− Die Wohnung ist etwas hellhörig, die Fußschritte aus der 1. Etage hört man ziemlich deutlich.

− Wir brachten zunächst die Tür nicht auf, es gibt einen kleinen Trick, den wir bei Nachfrage erfuhren. Wäre gut, das würde in den Infos bereits stehen, dann müsste man nicht extra anrufen.
