Stadtoase im Herzen Berlins

Couldn't even review the place because we were never hosted. We arrived in Berlin for a 2:00 PM check-in, but the host completely ignored us. After hours of trying to resolve this with customer support, we were forced to find and book alternate accommodation on our own. It wasn't until around 6:30 PM—after we had already secured another place—that the host suddenly started calling to ask where we were. Unbelievable and completely unprofessional.

− Esperienza purtroppo molto negativa.

Nadat we contact hadden opgenomen

− The name of the hotel was something other than the name in Booking. Com. It was just a room, with 2 beds and two dirty mattresses. And that's all. Toilet was dirty and with no light. Check in was done at 17:00. No one was there as hotel personnel. Except janitor who worded between 14-18. The contact number of the hotel was always out of reach. I even reported it to Booking.com, but they said "You're wrong!"

Katastrophe, Kein Wasser, kein Bettzeug, maximal unsauber

Tragedia
