9.0We did not do breakfast
− We have real concerns about the information given to us regarding parking and how to get to the apartment. We sent a message early in the morning that we would be coming and around 3 o'clock before we left Orvieto We tried several times to call and no one answered. We did not hear from someone till late evening. The parking lot was practically full by the time we got there, we had to ride around before we finally found a place. So there was no Plan B if that parking lot was full. Also, we are very well traveled, and we know about the zLT but no one informed us that we would have to park carry all our bags through the streets to the apartment. The communication regarding the steps from the parking to the apartment were very poor. We're sorry to have to say that, but it was quite upsetting to come in after driving Bowes and tired and not knowing exactly what we should be doing. concerning the fact that you can't drive to the apartment through the streets perhaps someone should be there to meet your guests and help them maneuver through the streets and get to the apartment. As I say, we are all very well traveled, one of us speaks very good Italian, but we found , that part of the whole stay very difficult. Tarquinia is one of my favorite towns and I was happy to be back there Even for one night. As I said earlier, the apartment is delightful and we thoroughly enjoyed our one night stay. The location is excellent, several good restaurants in the area.
