Inicialmente uma grande vantagem está na localização, bem próxima do centro e com o custo-benefício ótimo. Mas o grande destaque fica por conta do atendimento prestado pelo Alvaro. Percebe-se que gosta de atender ao público e que aquilo não se trata apenas de um negócio. Recebe meu muito obrigado por também ter me atendimento e ao meu filho João. Sem dúvida vc tornou a experiência de conhecer o Atacama ainda mais especial. Grande abraço, Luiz Renato.

Atendimento dos funcionários, limpeza e conforto da cama.

− Banheiro, o box era com cortinas de plásticos e ficavam encostando no corpo da gente, no frio que estava era complicado, quarto poderia ter calefação.

A hospedagem em Casa Nawi foi muito agradável! O quarto é muito confortável e aconchegante. Cama e travesseiros excelentes. Café da manhã gostoso e ótima localização, a 10/15 minutos caminhando para chegar a Caracoles. O anfitrião também sempre muito gentil e me deu muitas dicas de San Pedro.

100% recomendado, todo excelente: la ubicación (súper recomiendo porque las agencias de tour te buscan y te dejan allí en la puerta sin problemas, en otros hospedajes cerca no llegan las agencias de viajes), las instalaciones (todo está casi nuevo), el buen desayuno (rico y contundent), la atención de Álvaro (mi viaje al Salar se Uyuni partía a las 4 de la mañana y éltuvo la atención de dejarme un rico snack preparado la noche anterior que realmente me sirvió muchísimo en el viaje), el Internet es rápido, realicé teletrabajo dentro de la habitación y afuera de la habitación en unas mesitas bien cómodas con sombrilla, muy muy agradable trabajar desde allí afuera. Justo al lado hay un restaurante que ofrece menú del día, muy recomendado también.

The place definitely has a lot of unused potential. Internet is good, location is not far from the main street and there is a parking for a rental car. Easy contact with the owner on WhatsApp.

− The rooms are simply too cold in June. We were travelling all over Chile and in the coldest place as it is in Atacama, you get no heater, no AC to warm up the room and literally you have a bedsheet with a thin blanket. Ridiculous. I slept in my own sleeping bag. When we asked for a heater in one of the rooms, we got one but we were charged extra 4.000 CLP per night. It didn’t give too much though as there is big window in the bathroom that you can’t close properly and the spaces in the door where the heat escaped. During 6 nights stay, the towels were not changed even once. Breakfast is good as long as you eat it onsite. If you ask for takeaway breakfast you get a small yoghurt and a piece of chocolate which is basically a snack not a breakfast. If you serve boiled eggs and bread at 7:30 AM, why you cannot put them in the takeaway bag one night before ? Breakfast is served outside, in the “building” without a door so it’s also very cold inside and you have to eat in winter jacket. Overall, we wouldn’t stay here again, mainly due to the temperature in the room and lack of heating. Maybe it’s nice in warm season but definitely avoid in June, unless you like cold.
