9.0The place was quiet morning and night. The room has everything we needed, from refrigerator to electric stove. They even provided free toothbrush and toothpaste (properly sealed). Check-out process was simple and easy.
− The location is a bit of walk if you plan to walk in the winter. There is a lot of snow in most of Hokkaido. The check-in process is also different, so best to be more prepared (read all the instruction and screenshot them for reference) and have your translation app ready (language downloaded, in case you have any wifi issues).

3.0The facilities were adequate and the beds were comfortable.
− The check in procedure was too lengthy and required much too much information. The customer service was very bad. We stayed in this room at the beginning of the trip and declinned to stay at the end- even with the room being prepaid. When we went out for breakfast we could not get back into the hotel through the front door. I texted with customer service. They were very unresponsive and we finally got back in after an hour when another guest was leaving. I will not stay here again and will not recommend it to anyone.

− 入住時無法進入大門，後來剛好有人在1樓幫我們開門，辦理入住時花了很長的時間才完成，希望能有更清楚的說明，讓入住的人能夠了解狀況。謝謝。
