− There was no restaurant inside the resort

− Lack of service, noisy bachelor groups, playing loud music and screaming till early morning. Wild animals have more civic sense than these groups. Musty rooms, perched on shaking metal structures. Very uncomfortable.
Hospitality was above par and Dominic was excellent with his politeness and hospitality.
10.0Breakfast was simple but great in taste. Location was Exceptional. We actually enjoyed the drive and ambience.

− First of all the rooms which we got were very risky so while u book pls check properly the rooms u are getting online . Secondly the staffs , manager were also not cooperative, they were not helpful at all, they do not offer foods in your room neither milk or tea,they offered tea on a used cup also their rooms were designed in a way wasn't apt for a family or kids specially. Food was also not good at all.

− We had a 2 day booking...(15th Feb to 17th Feb)First they give us a room where 3 people can barely fit. We are then shifted to another bigger room(Parrot) here the fan was found to be hanging precariously and in fact was not functional. We were then moved to a 3rd room(Bulbul).where we settled down though we were not satisfied. Here too, the Fan was fixed precariously but thankfully was working. Come night, AC stops working after 7:00 PM ( we were OK because the weather was cold and the AC was not necessary in the night.). Also we qere unable to charge our mobiles as none of the sockets in the room was supporting. Additionally, No power from 10:00 PM onwards till the time, we checked out on 16th Feb., this meant no hot water to bathe, electric kettle not functioning.. There was no intercom to contact the manager...we had to.make do with the wifi calling. BUT WITH THE POWER OUTAGE, WE COULD NOT CALL VIA WIFI EITHER. Added to this, there was no water available in the wash rooms ....After a personal visit to the managers office, the water was restored. We then decided to cut short our stay checked out. Also the electric kettle was infested with black.ants...though we could not use it due to no power supply. For the huge amount of Rs.6100+ taxes per day...this is absolutely not worth at all. Also note, there is no restaurant... there is only a kitchen and we need inform in advance want we need and the items would be made. All.in all a bad experience.
