10.0Amazing location, structure and even more amazing staff. We have been scammed and this was a last minute solution. The reception woman was the most understanding and helpful human being,she arranged for us a room available way before the check in time( we spent the whole night without sleeping since our previous hotel couldn't check us in because their system had been hacked so our booking wasn't available), and all the staff made sure we had everything we needed for all our stay.
