5.0Beautiful home, gorgeous views, lovely amenities (pool, lake access, dock, etc.)
− Home was not cleaned/prepared before we arrived. King bed unmade, no extra/clean linens, had to wash what was on the bed for use. Crumbs on kitchen and dining floor, cobwebs in kitchen windows, dead roaches and flies. No toilet paper when we arrived. TV streaming did not work and reported problem to management company. They did offer to come out to clean and ended up coming to fix the TV connections. On the last day no hot water. Suspect the cold temps froze a water line or water heater, but couldn't take showers or wash dishes before leaving. Over all disappointed but we were refunded our cleaning fee and since we needed to stay between Columbia and Aiken, we didn't ask for another property. Had this been a longer trip, we would not have stayed.

− De extra huisdieren: kakkerlakken en muizen en aan de eettafel miste 1 stoel (5 zitplaatsen in plaats van 6) Communicatie met tussenpersoon was enorm slecht. Geboekt en betaald voor een early check in maar toen we voor de deur stonden te wachten tot de schoonmaak klaar was, kregen we bericht dat de early check in was afgewezen, terwijl het huis inmiddels schoon en ready was. Schandalig!
