10.0Property is in a great location .Was exceptionally clean both inside and outside of the apartment .The private pool again spotless is a bonus and the gazebo area nice for meals and to cool down .A lot of outside space which was great .Communication with Guest Ready Team was first class from the initial booking right through to the final day Thankyou

9.0The location was very good and the outdoor space was great.
− The property would benefit from a fresh coat of paint in most areas. The settee in the living room was very hard and uncomfortable. Unable to open bathroom window while showering.

− Bad locks on doors, difficult to get on and out and upstairs neighbouring terrace something has come loose on the wind and wad knocking repeatedly on my roof, so I could here it all day/night
Great apartment but could have been so much better.
8.0The location a outside space were excellent with plenty of different areas to sit. The pool was great but as expected not heated.
− Very tired, needed a bit of TLC. Everywhere needed painting. The settee was not comfortable at all. The bedding was old with rips. We were there for 3 weeks and there wasn’t a replacement double sheet. We had an incident with the gazebo ending up in next door’s apartment. I rang the support team for help and there initial response was positive. However, nothing happened for a couple of days. It was very stressful dealing with the occupants of the apartment and having a video call with the German owner.
We would not stay again, as the Villa had no AIr Conditioning, various things kept breaking, However the Villa is in a g

− No Air conditioning. Pool Pump kept breaking making a very loud noise so we couldn’t not relax. Oven broke, beds very uncomfortable
