10.0A Groupon 7 of us were on a Kayak trip. It fit us perfectly. Close to restaurants and shopping. We loved the rooftop patio. Weather was perfect to sit up there and watch the river action. Very neat and clean. Sunny was very friendly and helpful.
− We area group of senior singles so we did not like the steps coming into the condo. The middle bedroom upstairs was a little tight. But overall was perfect.

− The only bad thing we can say is there was no silverware. 😉
