Heerlijk verblijf in Kuta
10.0Heerlijke villa, zwembad erg fijn, lekker bed, ook nog een bad erbij. Super groot voor met z'n tweeën. Lief personeel dat graag meedenkt. Kregen ook elke dag rond 16.00 een afternoon juice, heerlijk!
− Je hebt geen uitzicht richting de zee maar juist de andere kant op + een scooter is wel noodzakelijk als je centrum in wil (tenzij je daar bezweet wil aankomen haha). Wel wat aan de prijs als je ontbijt erbij wil.

10.0Naprostý luxus, který vám doslova vyrazí dech. Úžasné ubytování se skvělým personálem, který vám připraví neskutečnou snídani a zajistí i dovoz večeře z restaurace Nohi (10/10), takže si svůj pobyt můžete užít naplno. Velké poděkování patří Malindě za její ochotu, vstřícnost a pomoc se splněním všech našich přání a požadavků. Z tohoto nádherného místa se nám vůbec nechtělo odjíždět. Moc děkujeme za nezapomenutelný pobyt a určitě se sem jednou rádi vrátíme!

4.0The staff were friendly, and the beds were reasonably comfortable. We were also able to cast our laptop to the TV, which seems to be rare at places like this and was especially useful since we didn't bring an HDMI cable.
− Compared to other villas we've rented, this place was lacking in basic cooking utensils and the kitchen knives were extremely blunt. The chairs weren't very comfortable, and the pool was designed in a way that made it difficult for my partner to get in and out. Whenever we took a shower, water would flood into the bathroom unless we blocked it with a towel. There is also ongoing construction nearby, which creates noise and makes the outdoor areas noticeably dustier. In addition, some of the outdoor lounge chairs looked quite dirty, and even the tissues sticking out of the tissue box were dusty. It would also have been helpful if the host had warned us about the monkeys in the area. They ended up stealing some of our food and damaging a few of our belongings. Finally, I didn't like that the entire fridge was stocked with paid items, making it feel more like a hotel minibar. That just seemed unnecessary and inconvenient.

9.0Zeer luxe en comfortabel. Heel veel beter wordt het niet. Het enige probleem was dat er op de heuvel tegenover onze kamer/tuin gewerkt werd (20 meter). Dit betekende helaas wel een behoorlijk aantasting van je privacy. Dit is natuurlijk niet de schuld van het hotel, maar dit hadden ze - anders dan de ochtend voor aankomst - eerder kunnen laten weten. Per slot van rekening boek je dit hotel juist voor de privacy. Wel kregen we tweemaal gratis ontbijt in de ochtend ter compensatie.
