Disappointing for money spent overall not comfortable

Very basic but decent layout

− The parking spaces are near impossible. The beds were rock hard and uncomfortable had to sleep on the lounge. The oven smoked when turned on that badly that we had to open every door window and then nearly freeze to death the clear the smoke out.

− Property was a lot older than expected, very poor cleanliness, smells bad everywhere, dead cockroach, moth everywhere, dirty window, dirty carpet,

− The undercover car park position was ridiculous, no way I was getting my 4wd in there.

Park beach short break

Great location to Park Beach, Hoey Moey Hotel and, Park Beach bowling club. Spacious unit

− Very dated unit, terrible assigned parking space which cant be helped. Unit had mould growing on southern wall in master bedroom, unit smelt damp,& of mould, & overall cleaning of unit, was not up to scratch. Only 2 chairs on verandah, but unit holds 4 people. Very close to beach but can't see the water due to the trees.

Very disappointed. Would have asked for a refund if staying longer than our 3 days holiday.

Location and size of unit was good

− Undercover parking is not suitable for a normal size car, could only fit very small car or motorbike. There was a hole in the wall with exposed wires at the front door inside the unit. No toilet roll holder and broken toilet seat. Holes in wall and door filled in but not sanded or painted. Stained carpet. Cables coming out of carpet for tv and lots of cables exposed not suitable for young children. No instructions on how to turn on Foxtel. Wifi didn’t work. Very disappointed.
