Ski Zoo Apartments, new gudauri♡

For those visiting Gudauri for the first time, the entire village of New Gudauri is small and easy to navigate. Although this apartment is not ski-in/ski-out, it is close enough to the gondola and the slopes, making it easy to get around even during heavy snow. The apartment was very warm, and we could adjust the heater temperature as needed. ​The kitchen is well-equipped with a pan, a pot, and all the necessary cutlery to cook; we enjoyed making our own breakfast every morning. Conveniently, a Spar supermarket is located right next to the building. Please note that while the building consists of private apartments, there is a shared reception, though their ability to help with specific logistics may be limited. ​Personal Experience: The room was spacious, and both the sofa and the bed were incredibly comfortable. The view from the window was absolutely amazing—easily one of the best views in New Gudauri! Our host, Nica, was wonderful; she assisted us with a late check-in and remained available for anything we needed throughout our stay.

− only small things: The room was very very dry (maybe a humidifier could help), if there were basic cooking ingredients (like oil and black pepper) it could nice. Ski depot in the building was with additional charges (25 Gel per day)

Расположение хорошее. 3-4 минуты от подъемников. Рядом есть много кафешек и пару диско!

− Иногда народ в силу особенностей характера поет в 3-4 часа утра под окнами 😛

Great skiing experience

- Very comfortable apartment, quite spacious, cozy bed - The host was lovely and very accommodating, we were greeted with a bottle of wine - Gorgeous Mountain View - The building is much more quiet than the rest in New Gudauri which provided more comfort for rest - Supermarkets and cafes are very close

− Everything was great, perhaps we would recommend to establish a clearer check in instruction - we had to contact the host upon arrival to figure out our steps. Other than that everything was smooth.

Stayed at this apartment for two days and was very impressed! It was clean, comfortable, and compact, stunning view, offering much more than other places in the area. After leaving, I realized I’d forgotten my camera, but the staff was incredibly helpful and found it for me right away!!
