If you are looking for a tidy and warm house in Christchurch. This is a good place.
9.0It is a nice place and very close to Northlands Mall. It is very tidy, spacious and warm. Being in a group housing the house plan is well layout and provide adequate privacy.
− (1) The garage is very small and the turning are is very tight. So don’t bring a large car. (2) The neighbors keep parking their car on the driveway. It is a hassle to keep asking them to move their car. (3) too many ants around. You have to make sure all rubbish is in the rubbish bin every night.

8.0L'appartement est spacieux, très propre, situé près d'un centre commercial. Avec un petit jardin agréable. Le quartier est calme.
− Il manque quelques ustensiles dans la cuisine ( sets de table et plats). Chambres non climatisées, il faisait chaud à l'étage.

− While I believe the extra cleaning charges that could be applied were valid. I believe these should have been made apparent in the listing, prior to booking. Disappointed to receive a call after we checked out about "broken things". These were like that prior to our arrival. Next time I booking a place like this if things are broken upon our arrival I will contact the owner immediately and take photos to save any stress. Careful if you park in the garage, the neighbors have a habit of fully blocking the driveway
