− We had cockroaches coming up from the shower drain. They took care of it really quickly and helped us move rooms.

10.0I loved Lisbet. She was very helpful, welcoming and attentive to our needs. The hotel is beautiful and a great place to unwind after checking out the sites in Mazunte. It is beautifully decorated. Me and my adult children enjoyed immensely our stay here. We would come again.
