7.0Amazing place, good size and comfortable. Host allowed us to use a grill. Host is very lovely and the place is really clean
− Would have appreciated having a stove or oven. We had no idea that the place didn’t have it so thank god he allowed us to use a grill or we aren’t sure what we would have had for food

10.0The place was comfortable as me and my fiance stayed for 8 days we both have autism and felt very comfortable staying here again John was very welcoming when he would go to the chippy or grab a take away he would ring me up and ask if we would want anything and we would do the same he is a good laugh and really makes you feel like part of his family he is also very kind to drive me and my partner places and pick us up with not expecting any money in return although I'd ask a lot lol would 100 percent recommend and has a really nice garden witch is nice to sit on during the day or like me I sat out at night once it was cooler just taking in the night air doing my crocheting thanks for everything was a great get away

10.0I found my entire stay at The Cubley Retreat wonderful. The property has everything you need for your stay. We were greeted with a surprise (sweets, milk, etc.). We also had the opportunity to shake the owner's hand and exchange a few words with him. The property has plenty of space for two people. Everything is well-maintained and top-notch. I'm a traveler, so I know what I'm talking about. I could say a lot of positive things here, but it's best if you rent the property yourself for a few days, and you'll understand what I mean. I fully recommend this place I fully recommend this place and will definitely use it again, especially since the facility is located in a quiet and attractive place full of nearby trails. Thank you.
