Gentilissimo il proprietario. Ci ha accolto velocemente anche con un preavviso di pochi minuti ! La struttura è in una buona posizione vicino al.centro ed è molto curata. La consigliamo

Good location, no breakfast, no cleaning, no hospitality discretion.

Positiv points : - The location is great, central. Restaurant and supermarket are like 5-7 min walk. Siké is like 10 min walk. Beach is 15 min walk. - Easy communication with the host. - Extra expresso capsules and machine (like Nespresso) available 24h - We had 6 big towels available on the room upon arrival, besides face/hand towels. - Small fridge in the room with water bottle available. - AC in the room - Balcony with chair and table in front of our door/window so we could have snacks and fresh air.

− Negativ points : - Its not a Bed and Breakfast as advertised. Also no breakfast is provided at the property. They have a scheme with the close bakery we’re you can go there with a card provided by the Airbnb and trade by one cornetto (Italian croissant) and 10 ml ( a tablespoon, you can measure yourself) of coffee. And that’s all. No fruits, yogurt, milk, bread, juice as advertised. Also you are not allowed to trade the scone/coffee for a bottle of water, for example, in the bakery. We stayed 6 days and my wife is pregnant and so she’s can’t have caffeine and cornetto everyday is not good. So we had to buy things to have breakfast everyday. - Bathroom was not cleaned from previous guests. We found blond long hair glued at the walls of the shower, near to the duche and opsite wall. Like, there was no way to not see that hair if someone had entered the box to clean it. - The bedding was black, in synthetic fabric and dirty, and sprayed with chemical smell of vanilla (deodorant). We asked the host to change for new, clean and white sheets and they did it right away without questioning. - They spray synthetic deodorant smelling sweet vanilla everywhere : at the bedding, towels, room, entrance of the appartments, sheets etc. It’s sweet, smells cheap motel and it’s very chemical. They kept spraying it in the entrance even though it’s chemical and we told we didn’t want the smell. - A lot of noise. We think that the owner live in the room right across from our room. And our bed head was just by the side of their room. So we would listen everything. 22 pm silence policy was never respected. We would listen conversations and the tv until 1 in the morning. If you want to sleep early, you won’t be able. - 6 euros fee to use clothes iron. - Garbage was not collected one single day. No request of doing it. It was accumulated through all the stay, for a 6 day stay. - No check in on us to see if we needed anything or how the stay was going thru the middle of it.

Гарне розташування, в 5 хвилинах від порту, звідки можна відправитися на Еольські острови. Тихо. Невелика, але комфортна кімната та тераса. Тут добре спалося - це важливо. Є де розкласти речі. Є все необхідне у вільному доступі. Сніданок - круасан та еспресо у сусідньому кафе.
