− Outside:- Everywhere needed a jet hose, many more garden cushions & the decking needs replacing!! If there had been a broom available we could have swept up. Definitely needed a parasol in the intense heat. Another table & chairs on the second level. It's a lovey space but needs seating. The top level needs some TLC. Inside:- Tops of wardrobes were dusty & found when putting case up there. Cobwebs in fridge alcove & around radiator tap. Smallest room had a half eaten packet of sweets in dressing table drawer. Bedside lamp in twin bedroom had nowhere to plug it in!!! A short hand rail needed from first floor to wet room level. Main hand rail needs to be more substantial as it is much too thin.

− Parking an issue but that was well advertised before we arrived so we were prepared for it.
