Lovely sea view, but felt over priced.
8.0We are a family of 2 adults and 3 children 16,13 & 10 and 2 sets of grandparents. We enjoyed the location for a change and our 1st time staying on the southside of the island. Sadly it has confirmed to us that we prefer the north side of the island (Seaview etc).
− Lots of cobwebs and spider skins around about the ceilings and alongside units, toilets etc. Mattresses, we found uncomfortable and many days woke up with sore backs. Downstairs bedroom. One set of grandparents slept in the downstairs bedroom due to poor mobility, but found it tricky just having washes at the sink rather than a shower each day due to not being able to climb the stairs (a downstairs shower would be a good option to accommodate this). I did feel a price for a May holiday at £2500.00 was steep for what we got in the property. The advert on the property said that we would beable to get down to the beaches but there isn't any steps to allow this from the clifts, we found this misleading to advertise this when it was our initial draw to hiring the property.
Would have been nicer in warmer weather.
