A ruined Christmas holiday!
1.0− The house was not warmed up at all. It was around 0 degrees outside and no heating was on. The promised bed linen was wet in the washing machine, no dry tumbler was available! The bathroom was obviously not cleaned after the last guest, toothpaste in the sink and so on. The whole house was dusty and the cutlery was not clean either. When we called the phone number we got from the host the number had no subscriber!
