− La escalera de acceso a planta alta un tanto insegura, alejada del centro. Es necesario estar con movillidad

− При заселении хозяйка сказала что у дома есть своя «магия» и не обманула. Горячая вода в ванной включается после неких манипуляций и усилий. Вода в бачок туалета набирается очень долго и с журчащим звуком, мешающим уснуть. В доме холодный пол и не очень чисто. Также стоит учесть что в финальную стоимость не входит комиссия за уборку, что для нас было сюрпризом, так как пришлось заплатить чуть больше.
