Nice Villa in Lovely Setting!
7.0Villa Lelle is a 4 bedroom apartment about 10 minutes out of Amalfi by Bus. The location is lovely and has gorgeous views over the town and coastline. There is a bus stop on the road outside the Villa and there is a supermarket about 5 minutes walk from the villa on the road. There are stairs that lead down into Amalfi, which are easy enough to use if you are mobile, but it is about a 20 - 30 minute walk down. The walk up would be much more challenging! There is a lovely terrace to sit on to enjoy the view ( and is handy for drying clothes). The Kitchen is reasonably well equipped, but if you're short, the overhead cupboards will be hard to reach.
− Generally this Villa was lovley, but they got the details of our booking wrong, so there weren't enough beds for our group. We were able to make it work by sharing beds, as all the beds were King or Queen, and there was a safa bed for ONE person. All holiday properties have quirks, so that is to be expected, but one of the showers was not well designed and the bathroom flooded if you didn't set up a rolled up towel to stop the water flooding the bathroom. Everything else was fine. We cooked regularly in the kitchen and it had everything that we needed. The property is out of Amalfi, so you need to be aware that, unless you're a mountain goat, or have your own car, you have to work around the bus timetables to get back to the Villa, especially before the last bus at night. This is more of an issue in the quiet season, than the peak periods. although buses can be hard to get on to during the peak season. If you're not up to walking up the stairs and you miss the bus, you are forced to get a taxi, which is REALLY expensive for a 10 minute journey. We had to pay 70 EUR when we got caught out. Despite all of this it is a beautiful place to stay. There is a church very close to the house and the bells ring regularly throughout the day. We found this charming, but you may not. It is something to bear in mind.
Thank you
9.0The view is grate, the grocery store is very convenient to have. Bus stop in front of the entrance 2 euro to Amalfi. Very nice and helpful representative.

Top apartment in a villa comprising 3-4 units whereby the others are in the process of being renovated. Quits a lot of s
8.0Great views down over town and bay of Amalfi. 3 good sized bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Amazing terraced area around 3 sides of villa. Useful when looking for shade.
− There should have been a sun shade spun over the rear terrace but this hadn’t been put in place so apart from the very early morning, it was too hot to enjoy the terrace.
Vacation to remember
9.0Beautiful views, comfortable accommodation Great public bus service which took you to amalfi town
− 40mins up hill walk from the Amalfi town to villa
Very good
8.0The view was amazing from terrace. There were enough space in vila for 6 people. Three rooms and in each with amazing view from balcony. Lady Roberta and owner were nice people and give information about things what we asked.
− There was bad situation with drains in the shower. A lot of water were on the floor after a shower.
