8.0Die Lage war für den Kurz an der UBC und die den Besuch der Stadt optimal. Durch die freie Benutzung der Küche und pro 2 Zimmer ein Bad (insgesamt 4 Zimmer) ein Zuhause. Das Gartenviertel war ruhig -super.
