Das Personal ist hervorragend, der Transfer ist super organisiert und Maria macht einen tollen Job. Alle Mitarbeiter sind super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

− Die Zimmer könnten etwas sauberer sein. Die Tauchguides könnten etwas mehr für die Unterwasserwelt sensibilisiert werden (nichts anfassen, auch nicht mit dem Stick)

Tout le personnel est charmant. Mention speciale pour la petite dame du petit déjeuner adorable. La piscine est très agréable pour nager. Les chambres sont faites chaque jour, elles sont grandes et propres et chacune avec terrasse privées. La nourriture était parfaite pour nous. Il y a une caméra room pour les photographes et des bacs de rinçages. Petit resort (15 chambres), il y a toutes les commodités pour plongeurs sans avoir le côté négatif d'usine à plongeurs.

− Les extras payant à type de : Transfert en bateau depuis Bitung, cela devrait être inclus dans le prix de la chambre. Comment venir si l'hôtel ne vient pas nous chercher ? Les softs du style coke ou Nespresso qui vaux quand même l'équivalent de 2.5€ l'espresso ce n'est pas donné, même pour un européen. Le personnel de plongée est très bon mais peut-être un peu trop jeune dans la Team global.

Wonderful people (both in the resort and for the dive center), very good food (especially important it's mostly local food although they will accommodate special requests), beautifully kept gardens, and most importantly: fantastic location for getting to the dive sites.

The service team is very helpful and friendly. The food changes every day and includes barbecue and even pizza at some days. The bungalows are very nicely decorated. The pool is really long, you can do real swimming in it!!! The setting in the jungle is really beautiful and resort very comfy and clean. The Padi course for our kids was very good.

− You can not drive around the island unless you take a tour with the resort. You can have walks but you have to climb steep hills. This made us feel trapped in this place although we still walked a lot to discover a max and crossed many villages, great viewpoints and secret beaches. The beach of the resort is black and full of plastic trash which the team deseperatly tries to clean up all day long every day but with no success., the volume of trash seems to depend on the current . That said, when you cross the trash you come to a white sand beach in 5 minutes max with no trash and no people and really beautiful and very big where you can swim, ask for the way because you can not see it as its behind the resort and not belonging to the resort. No Wifi connection in the rooms and very poor connection in the restaurant, I could not work with it at all. Some days the divivg took place in the middle of trash, only one great dive in 8 days (Magic Rock) but it depends on the current again.
