Very disappointed and walked away and preferred to forfeit our payment.

− Forfeited the accommodation. After we finally worked out how to get into the accommodation we opened the door and someone else was sitting in the lounge area. We opened the door to our room, which was supposed to have an ensuite, we discovered the room was so small we couldn't get a suitcase in. we also found out that our ensuite was a bathroom down the corridor. We walked out, put the key back and found alternate accommodation.

− The property was advertised as an apartment. It turned out to be one room. The apartment was occupied by a second border who seemed completely unaware of our arrangement with the landlord. Location was difficult to find on GPS. Hard to recommend this location as it was not advertised in Booking.com as a shared unit.

10.0The bed was large and comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen were stocked. Additionally, It was close to a Mace so I was able to buy food I needed.
− The door has a problem locking and a few times I couldn't get it to lock. It could be easier than I think but there is clearly a problem. It should be fixed for safety reasons.
