Disgusting experience. Do not book here. At the time of our booking this property was shown like a small private finca. There were NO details suggesting it was a shared space. I checked all facility details, description etch a few times - I’m very thorough with things like this and didn’t book two other properties because I realised they were shared. We arrived to discover that we have just rented a few rooms on the edge of hair house that opened on to their driveway that looked like a junkyard. They had two ENORMOUS free roaming dogs that I quickly specified would not be ok to have off leash around our small son. The owner casually said that she understood our feeling but the dogs weren’t used to being locked up and that she could “do her best” to try to keep them away from us. I told her we had believed it was a PRI ate property and that her listing was complete kismarketing to which she just said “usually we use air bnb and all the info is clear on there”. I mean, totally bizarre. We were very upset arriving in the evening with a small child. It was clear that it would not be at all pleasant or suitable to stay especially with the owners dismissive attitude and so we had to leave and find new accommodation at the last minute. It cost us thousands of euros and the owner refused us a full refund on the basis that we had “cancelled last minute and she could have had another booking if we had cancelled earlier”. How on earth were we supposed to know that they hd intentionally mismarketed and would not want to/be able to stay on such a horrible sight until we were there?! Booking have not been helpful either. Stay well away from this venue.
