The house itself was ok and very peaceful with a nice patio and a lovely view of the mountains and the colourful Symi houses.

− Although it said on the Booking.com site that there were 13 steps up to the property and 950 feet from the Port there was no mention that the 950 feet was all a steep incline with another 18 steps in the middle of that upward path. We are in our 70's and my husband had a heart attack last year and he struggled badly each time we had to walk home, always having to stop a couple of times to get his breath back. We had to wait six days for clean towels and that was after two phone calls to the owner. I requested more clean towels for 3 days later and they never arrived. We found a new bath towel and hand towel in a drawer unit and had to make do with that along with sometimes hand washing hand towels!! We literally had no contact from the host other than an odd few messages through your site. Also no mention that the bathroom/wet room was a separate outhouse. Very, very disappointing given that we have been going to Symi for 22 years and this was the worst experience.
