− Já é a segunda vez que me hospedo neste hostel. Na minha primeira estadia, fui muito bem atendido por uma funcionária extremamente educada, mas desta vez não a encontrei. Infelizmente, minha experiência foi bem inferior. Durante os quatro dias em que fiquei hospedado, praticamente todos os dias precisei tomar banho frio, pois o chuveiro não estava funcionando corretamente. Além disso, o Wi-Fi é muito ruim, o que dificulta bastante o uso da internet. No geral, a organização do hostel também deixou a desejar. O ambiente passa uma sensação de desorganização, o que prejudica a experiência dos hóspedes.
Manutenção é primordial.
6.0Localização. Máquina de produtos como a de bebidas.
− A cozinha não atende o mínimo necessário. Os hóspedes deixam produtos na geladeira após check out e não são removidos. Faltou detergente. Faltou gás. Faltou panelas. Copos. Talheres. Usamos o microondas para fritar ovos. Três copas completamente defasadas. Havia uma chaleira elétrica que salvou o cafezinho. Aff.
