8.0Mini appartamento a piano terra, arredato con gusto, dotato di tutti i comfort (macchinetta per il caffè espresso, tostapane, ferro da stiro, utensili da cucina vari). Proprietari gentili e ospitali, all'arrivo ci hanno fatto trovare frutta fresca e bottiglie d'acqua in frigorifero. Parcheggio disponibile lungo la strada. La posizione è comoda per raggiungere in macchina il centro e le spiagge in pochi minuti. Il supermercato molto fornito di fronte casa è un plus da non sottovalutare.
− Il patio esterno permette anche l'accesso comune al palazzo, quindi la porzione esclusiva destinata all'appartamento è delimitata da un semplice paravento e questo comporta poca privacy.

9.0Апартаментът е на добра локация, в близост до центъра и удобен за посещения на дестинации в тази част на острова. Добре оборудван и с нова визия. Срещу апартамента има голям магазин, в близост има заведения. При настаняване ни бяха оставени пресни плодове и лед в камерата. Паркоместа има пред сградата или на паркинга на магазина. Има постоянно топла вода и добро налягане.
− Апартамента е на партерен етаж. Терасата не е на разположение само за наемателите, защото е вход към сградата. Това води до дискомфорт при желание за уединение и шум при всяко влизане и излизане от сградата. Когато се настанихме, апартаментът не беше добре изчистен. Наложи се ние да доизчистим някои очевидни остатъци от предишни наематели, което не беше приятно.
