The most amazing apartment! The view was absolutely stunning and the area was so quiet and peaceful. The apartment itself was so spacious, the bed was so comfortable, the heating was perfect and the shower was great. It had everything you needed in the kitchen from coffee pods to a sponge, washing up liquid and kitchen roll. Parking was great and the instructions to get in was simple. We will definitely be back here, it has become my favourite place I’ve visited so far and the apartment just added to that. Thank you so much!

Asunto on tyylikäs ja toimiva. Kauniit näköalat ja rauhallinen sijainti.

− Mitään palveluita ei ole lähellä. Kävely-yhteydet on heikot, koska ainoa kävelyn mahdollisuus menee autotietä pitkin. Varaus sujui hyvin mutta koko järjestelmä on nettipohjainen ja vaatii yksityisdokumenttien lähettämistä internetin yli. Yhteydenottoja ja muistutuksia tuli aivan liikaa, en kokenut niitä asiakaspalveluksi vaan muistutuksiksi.

− Todo correctísimo. No teníamos vecinos al lado. Quizás de haber vecinos habríamos tenido que compartir la galería externa. A nosotros no nos pasó. Todo muy agradable

The location of the accommodation is excellent, if you take the apartment on the 2nd floor, you have a wonderful view directly on Lake Como. The apartments themselves are extremely spacious, there are all the amenities for traveling even with a family.

− Incredibly inconvenient and incomprehensible check-in procedure. The site is purely in Italian, if you want to take a step back, all the filled-in data will disappear and you will have to start over. I booked an apartment 2 weeks in advance and no one contacted me during this time, the answering machine all the time and you can't ask anything and don't understand at all whether everything is fine with your booking. If it weren't for these nuances, I would give this apartment 10 out of 10. Also, please note that if you have a car with low clearance (less than 12 cm), then parking near the apartment will not be suitable for you or you will damage the bumper of your car.

Located lakeside. Swimming pool. Large doors and shutters open from bedroom and living onto patio. Towel heater.

− Absence of sound insulation resulted in noise from accommodation above disrupting morning, evening and night, as furniture was dragged across tiled floor, suitcases rolled across floor and footsteps and high-heeled shoes ceaselessly moving around and conversation easily heard. Poor ventilation options when a cigarette/cigar/pipe smoker lights up outside and smoke wafts into other accommodation when windows/doors are open. Smoking occurred all hours of day and night. Total lack of any complimentary starter beverage supplies ie tea or coffee, sugar, whitener/milk. Complicated authorisation and check in procedure involving “Wonderful Italy”. Their website was slow and cumbersome; prone to malfunction. Also,requiring me to sign an 8 page contract, written in Italian when all previous communication had been in English added to the comedy of errors. Extremely steep access driveway.
