Modern eingerichtete, frisch renovierte Wohnung

Die Lage ist gut. Die Wohnung liegt nah an einem Bahnhof. Raumaufteilung und Ausstattung sind sehr zweckdienlich.

− Das Bett knarzte bei jedem Umdrehen.; gestört hat es aber nicht. Die Eingangstür hing etwas und musste zum Öffnen angehoben werden.

Wenn das Bett sauber gewesen wäre, wäre es sehr gut gewesen

Gute Ausstattung und geräumig, Parkplatz direkt vor der Wohnung, ruhige Lage, Ansprechpartner sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

− Bettlaken waren nicht frisch, Haare waren noch auf der Decke, zudem ist nur eine Bettdecke drin, das Bett knarzt sehr laut und die Matratze ist nicht so bequem.

De prijs/kwaliteitsverhouding is te hoog.

Locatie prima. Balkon een plus, maar wel vuil

− De getoonde foto's , kwamen niet overeen met het appartement. Keuken was zeer onhandig met een wasbak inde hoek. Balkon en loungeset lag vol met herfstbladeren en rommel, (juli) bbq was niet geleegd; dit alles was niet schoongemaakt. In de balkondeur zat ook een grote barst. Het kwam allemaal een beetje verwaarloosd op ons over. Bed was zacht. Prullenbakken waren niet voorzien van afvalzakken. TV werkte niet en er was geen handleiding. Ook was er geen WIFI (in deze tijd wel een pre). De schoonmaakkosten van ruim € 80,00 zijn belachelijk hoog.

Not so nice experience, basicaly for that price, I expected better service.

− The apartment could have been cleaned better, when I arrived the terrace was full of moss and cobwebs, there was an ashtray full of cigarette butts on the table. The bed looked as if someone had already slept in it, the sheets and pillowcases were full of hair. The floors were full of dust, probably because the windows had been open for a long time. I was charged for the cleaning service, €85 even though no one cleaned the apartment for the two weeks I was there. There is no personal parking, so you park across the street in someone's yard. Be careful when booking because the owner owns two apartments in the same building, only one apartment has a terrace. The information on Booking is incorrect, the description and pictures, and I believe that the agency through which the apartments are rented is responsible for that. I contacted them for help because the owner put me in an apartment that was not as in the pictures, and you will not get any help from them. After two days of negotiations with the owner, I was able to move into the apartment I reserved, but unfortunately that apartment did not have a terrace as described. And I rented the apartment precisely because of the terrace. There is a bench on the street, and that is probably declared as a terrace.

Schöne Wohnung, man darf nur nicht genauer hinschauen ...

Bett war bequem, recht gute Grundausstattung der Wohnung, fußläufig waren Bank, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und der Bahnhof gut zu erreichen

− Es lag überall Staub (Wollmäuse unter Schränken und Tische und in Ecken), zu wenig Steckdosen, Arbeitsflächen und Tische mussten vor Gebrauch gesäubert werden, Balkon war verdreckt (bedeckt mit einer Laubschicht), Grill war komplett dreckig und nicht benutzbar, Rollostangen und Regal hingen halblose an der Wand (schlecht befestigt), kein Regal oder Schrank für Kleidung, das Bett war kleiner als angegeben, Telefonnummer von Kontaktperson war veraltet und nicht aktuell, einige Bauliche Mängel (z.B. kaputtes Glas Balkon, Balkontür Glas gesprungen)
