− Some milk for the tea/coffee would be nice. A broken drawer in the kitchen needs fixing. The approach to the cottage is unappealing.

− The outer building and surroundings are very run down. Your first impression is not inviting. The bathroom mirror is to low and shower entry is difficult especially for older folk.
