− Some areas were not clean, especially the bathroom . There was quite a bit of damp and paint and plaster needed repair in some areas. The photos look as though there is undercover parking when there is no parking.

− 廚房衛生很差，雪櫃很污糟，垃圾桶底有很多垃圾。因為是家庭式居住，會常常煮食。煮食用具很汚糟及設備不夠。 焗爐糟到不能用。廁所發霉。我花時間購買潔潔用品用具來整潔全屋。 清潔完畢後就住得很舒服！
