10.0We had a wonderful stay at Palma Beach Resort. The rooms were thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and the entire property was stunning. The location was excellent, with the beach just a short walk away. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety of options. What made our stay special, however, was the exceptional service. Every member of staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. A special thank you to Arti, who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable throughout our stay and was always happy to assist with everything we needed. Highly recommend!
