Public area has air conditioning, interior design is fancy. In the main building has gym rooms, game room with mini theatre. Also co-working spaces and a big shared kitchen. All these areas have air conditioners. And the receptionists of this accommodation are really helpful.

− All rooms don’t have air conditioning and only have fan. In day times, the room temperature is about 26-31 degrees during our stay in July. Of course , it’s cooler in mid night time if keep the window opened. We didn’t like the roof floor as the guest room only rely the balcony door for fresh air ventilation, no windows. And most important to us is the privacy as the room terrace is shared area that each guest in this floor can access each other’s room if the balcony door is opened. But the hotel host doesn’t think it’s the security and privacy issue that we are totally disagreed. We stayed 9 nights, they wouldn’t provide any house keeping. The room is very dusty.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was great from start to finish. The staff were amazing, friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The hotel has a beautiful design, is very clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We truly appreciated the attention to detail and the warm hospitality. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

La habitación estaba bien.

− No había aire acondicionado en las habitaciones, ni en el resto de instalaciones. Era un auténtico horno. Tampoco hicieron limpieza de cuarto ni un solo día de 5 noches. La habitación tenía una escasa iluminación. La tv no funcionaba. La única manera de ventilar fue durmiendo con la puerta que daba a una terraza común abierta, con lo que ello supone a nivel de seguridad …. Quizá en época de invierno, todos esos inconvenientes se noten menos por la temperatura exterior pero ahora …. Ha sido muy desagradable

Would stay again but never in a heatwave!

The property was clean and well maintained with very nice common areas available to be used including gym, games room and workspace / kitchen. The studio we stayed in was compact however included everything for a self catering stay. Fridge/freezer, hob and microwave oven. The bed was very comfortable and could be raised to allow more seating room and the TV included streaming apps. The bathroom was also compact yet functional. Lots of storage space also.

− The studios did not have air conditioning which would normally not be an issue however we visited London during the heatwave and our room consistently read a temperature of 30 to 31.5 degrees which was very uncomfortable. The property did provide a fan however this was of little help as there was no way to fully open the windows to cool the room down at night. Luckily the freezer worked well and we were able to freeze water bottles to sleep with!
